Although Tribfest has been crime free for the last 3 years you are solely responsible for your belongings, do not leave valuables in tents. Better still, do not bring anything valuable with you.
We will do everything we can to ensure the safety of your tent but we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to your belongings.
Some rules and hints:
Toilets/showers

Tribfest last year was nominated for a UK festival award for cleanliness and upkeep of toliets and showers . We will have 50 self contained portable toliets, 3 mens urinals, 3 disabled toilets, and 10 showers spread out at designated points.
Again we will aim to keep our standards high and have a dedicated team solely making sure the toilets are kept clean at all times.
Litter/Recycling
This year we will be providing extra plastic bin liners for you to re- cycle you cans, bottles cardboard etc. Although we provide bins onsite we all now recycle at home. It would help us and the enviroment if you can take your recycled waist home and use you own domestic bins at the end of festival
Although we have litter pickers on site please help us to keep the site clean. Please make sure use the bins and litter points that are provided around the site and help us make Tribfest a pleasurable experience.
We are also selling a festival hard plastic glass for 50p which we would hope you will keep with you for the weekend. This will also help keep the site clean. if you fail to return your glass another 50p will be charged, so please help us to help you. Remember when we leave the horses return to the field.
When leaving
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR TENTS/LITTER BEHIND WHEN LEAVING
Beverley Polo Club field is used for Polo throughout the year, please respect this and we would hope that any ring-pulls, litter, discarded tent-pegs, etc, be lifted and placed in bin bags (provided) and left for collection. All the horses would appreciate this greatly.
