Stereophonies - A Tribute To The Stereophonics
Stereophonies are a group paying tribute to one of the UK's most successful bands of the last 2 decades, Stereophonics.
The four piece are fronted by Mark Stoneman, who perfectly captures the raw vocal talent of Kelly Jones, whilst working to a solid backline of bass from Lee Gallagher (Richard Jones) and drums from Karl Gallagher (Stuart Cable/Javier Weyler). Rob Dickie provides impressive lead guitar work and a rich vocal support, proudly filling the shoes of Adam Zindani.
Since their formation in mid 2009, Sterephonies have obviously taken their time to rehearse a set that would impress any discerning Stereophonics fan, and completely amaze the remaining audience. Shows across the length and breadth of the UK and a few stops across some notable venues in Europe have been well received by audiences who would swear blind they were watching the Real McCoy. Add a set of songs that have proven their meaning and worth to music fans worldwide, and it's clear to see why Stereophonies walk off stage to a crowd who are screaming for more!
The future is very bright for this hard working tribute band, with a summer of the hottest UK tribute festivals, including appearances in Ireland and France, it's not difficult to see that The Stereophonies are fast becoming Europe's Number 1 tribute to The Stereophonics.
