The Spirit Levellers - Tribute to The Levellers
First appearance at Tribfest
The Spirit Levellers formed by chance in 2005. Mal the lead vocalist and Johny Fiddler were already performing at local pubs and parties. Deciding that they needed a bit more energy. Paul the drummer was asked to join to play at a 50th birthday party. The reaction was instant. Recruiting Ed on bass finished the formula perfectly. Playing high energy Levellers songs at festvals and events up and down the country the bamd continue to grow in popularity. The perfect festival band.
