  "I am someone in my 40's who had never attended a festival but had been to lots  of concerts, be it a few years ago I never thought it would be my thing, but in 2007 on the Radio I won 2 free tickets for something called Tribfest.
It was held in Driffield just down the road from where I live in Beverley.  As the tickets were free I thought I would give it a go for a couple of hours on the Friday night and see what it was all about.
When I got home in the early hours of Monday morning I was hooked, growing up in the 70's and seeing the White ghost in all its glory doing "Drive in Saturday" and "Rebel Rebel" and the Marc Bolan tribute with bubbles floating up from the stage while singing ride a white Swan, I was in a time warp, All mod cons brought the house down and that was me hooked.
Now my holidays are planned around Tribfest and I take the week off after!    In one word Superb!!!
