Information for people with a disabilty

The Festival takes place outdoors within the boundaries of the Beverley Polo Club and will attract an audience of up to 5,000 people. Weather conditions will affect the overall state of the ground. This is particularly important for wheelchair users and those with mobility problems to be aware of as paths are limited. However  we have staff on hand at all times to help with wheelchairs and any other concerns you may have.

Stewards:

All stewards will be wearing flourecent tops and will have been briefed on our facilities for people with disabilities; please ask them for any help or advice you may need over the weekend.

Designated viewing area for people with disabilities:

A designated  viewing area will be provided for disabled people within the main arena. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. It may be necessary to limit people who accompany people with disabilities should viewing area become crowded.

Toilets:

Within each area ie 1 toilet per VIP camping area , main arena and general campsite. All disabled toilets will be made as accessible as possible and as near to the main ammenties within the site.

Camping:

There will be a designated disabled camping area in each section ie VIP and standard camping area which will be near to all main entrances as possible on arrival please ask stewards for directions.
