disabled access info

We’re committed to ensuring that everyone can enjoy Tribfest. From accessible facilities to dedicated support, we’ve got everything in place to make your experience as smooth as possible. Find key information on accessibility, parking, and assistance below.

disability access

Tribfest takes place on the scenic grounds of Sledmere House, with mostly grassy farmland and a natural slope towards the Main Stage. Please keep this in mind when booking your tickets.

For those requiring accessible camping, a dedicated area is available near the Main Arena entrance. Spaces are limited, and due to the close proximity to the festival action, noise levels may be higher. To request a spot, please email info@edentertainments.co.uk.

Carer information

If you require a carer to attend Tribfest with you, we offer them a half-price ticket. Simply purchase a weekend ticket for the disabled guest, then email info@edentertainments.co.uk with your order number and proof of disability to receive a link for the discounted ticket.

To ensure these facilities are used appropriately, we require supporting documents such as a DLA letter, blue badge details, or a GP letter confirming your needs.

All applications must be submitted at least four weeks before the festival—registration cannot be completed on the day.

Parking

There will be designated disabled parking in the main car park, as close to the entrance as possible. The distance to the disabled camping is about 400 metres on a slight incline. Please note you will have to have a registered Disability Parking Car Pass displayed in your vehicle at all times. Festival taxis will be running on Thursday & Friday to get you to your camping pitch.

Camping Facilities

The designated camping area is located <100 metres from the main entrance. There will be accessible designated toilets in this area and it is located very near to event control and the medical tent. If you are a blue badge holder you will be able to drive to your pitch but once you have emptied your load you must return your car to the car park.

Strobe Lighting

Strobe Lighting will be used throughout the festival intermittently and there will be no warnings immediately before a period of strobe lighting.

Medical Services

There will be a First Aid tent located in the Main Arena situated near Event Control and the arena entrance. You will be able to store medication with the medical team if refrigeration is needed. Please let us know in advance if you will be wishing to store medication here.

Please note

The above facilities are only available to festival goers with permanent disabilities, broken legs, recent injuries/operations, elderly and pregnant women do not qualify.

Due to limited space we can only provide one pitch per disabled camper and carer. Once applications have closed, 4 weeks prior to the event, carers will have to pay full price and disabled campers may have to camp in the general campsite.

We try our best to make sure Tribfest is as accommodating for people with disabilities as possible. Please get in touch with us if you think that we could improve anything on info@edentertainments.co.uk
